2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
4 carrots (cut into chunks)
4 potatoes (cut into chunks)
2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt & black pepper to taste
