9–12 lasagna noodles
🦐 Seafood Filling:
300g shrimp (peeled & chopped) 🦐
250g crab meat 🦀
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 small onion (chopped) 🧅
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
Salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika
🥛 Creamy Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2½ cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan 🧀
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
🧀 Cheese Layer:
1½ cups mozzarella 🧀
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
½ cup parmesan
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook noodles
Boil lasagna noodles until al dente
Drain and set aside
2️⃣ Cook seafood
Melt butter in a pan
Sauté onion and garlic
Add shrimp and cook until pink
Add crab, season, and mix gently
3️⃣ Make creamy sauce
Melt butter, add flour, cook 1–2 minutes
Slowly whisk in milk and cream
Add parmesan and seasoning
Simmer until thick and smooth
4️⃣ Assemble layers
In baking dish layer:
Sauce
Noodles
Seafood mixture
Cheese layer
Repeat layers
5️⃣ Bake
Top with mozzarella and parmesan
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes
