🥬 Cabbage:
1 large cabbage (whole leaves separated)
🦐 Filling:
300g shrimp (chopped)
300g smoked sausage (sliced or diced) 🌭
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
🍅 Sauce:
1½ cups crushed tomatoes
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep cabbage
Boil cabbage leaves for 2–3 minutes until soft
Drain and set aside
2️⃣ Cook filling
In a pan, sauté sausage until browned
Add onion, garlic, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning
Cook until shrimp is just done
Mix everything together
3️⃣ Roll cabbage
Place filling inside each cabbage leaf
Roll tightly like a wrap
4️⃣ Prepare sauce
Mix crushed tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, and seasoning
Pour into baking dish
5️⃣ Bake
Place stuffed cabbage rolls in sauce
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes
