🦐 Shrimp:
400g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil
🥬 Veggies:
2 cups snow peas (trimmed)
1 carrot (thinly sliced) 🥕
🧄 Sauce:
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 tsp ginger (grated)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey 🍯
½ cup water or broth
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook shrimp
Heat oil in a pan or wok
Season shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side
Remove and set aside
2️⃣ Stir-fry veggies
In same pan, sauté snow peas and carrots
Cook until bright green and crisp-tender
3️⃣ Build sauce
Add garlic and ginger
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and water
Simmer briefly
4️⃣ Thicken & combine
Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce
Return shrimp and toss everything together
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot with rice or noodles 🍚🍜
