🛒 Ingredients
🫐 Blueberry Filling:
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
⅓ cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
🥐 Pastry:
1 pack puff pastry sheets (thawed)
1 egg (for egg wash)
🍯 Optional Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make blueberry filling
Cook blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a pan
Stir in cornstarch and simmer until thick and jam-like
Let cool
2️⃣ Prepare pastry
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares
3️⃣ Fill & fold
Add blueberry filling to each square
Fold into triangles and seal edges with a fork
Brush with egg wash
4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed
5️⃣ Glaze (optional)
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla
Drizzle over cooled turnovers
