🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Steak
300g steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
🍚 Dirty Rice
1 cup cooked rice
200g ground beef or sausage
1 small onion (chopped) 🧅
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper
🧀 Creamy Pepper Jack Sauce
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese 🧀
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1/2 tsp garlic powder
👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika.
Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
Sear steak slices 2–3 minutes until browned.
Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make Dirty Rice
In same skillet, cook ground beef/sausage.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic → sauté 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, thyme, salt & pepper.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
3️⃣ Make Creamy Sauce
Lower heat → add butter and cream.
Stir in pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth.
Add garlic powder.
4️⃣ Combine
Return steak to skillet.
Toss everything together until coated in creamy sauce.
