Mango Falooda with Sabja (Basil Seeds)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp sabja seeds (basil seeds)
½ cup falooda sev (or thin vermicelli)
1½ cups cold milk
2 tbsp mango syrup or pulp
1 scoop mango ice cream
Chopped mango (optional)
Sugar as needed
Instructions:
1. Prep Sabja Seeds:
Soak in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell.
2. Cook Sev:
Boil falooda sev until soft, drain, and set aside.
3. Assemble Drink:
In a tall glass, layer mango syrup, sabja seeds, falooda sev, cold milk, and sugar if needed.
Add a scoop of mango ice cream on top.
4. Serve Chilled:
Optionally top with chopped mango and serve immediately.
