4 slices bread

1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cayenne pepper, to taste

1 small Roma tomato, sliced thin

ยฝ avocado, sliced thin

8 slices cheese (your favorite kind)

1๏ธโฃ Prep the Bread:
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
2๏ธโฃ Assemble the Melt:
Place 4 slices of cheese on two bread slices (mayonnaise side facing out). Layer with tomato and avocado slices. Sprinkle cayenne for a little heat. Top with the remaining cheese and the second slice of bread.

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
