DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY STILL EAT DEVILED EGGS ??

Ingredients:

6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
1 tbsp finely chopped chives (optional)
1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional, for a kick)
Directions:

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Peel the eggs carefully and slice them in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika and chopped chives.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
