Cheesy Steak-Stuffed Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients:

🥩 1 lb grilled steak (sliced into strips)
🧀 1½ cups shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
🥖 2 large flatbreads or homemade dough
🧈 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
🌶️ ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
🍯 ½ cup creamy cheese dipping sauce

Instructions:
🔥 1. Prepare the Steak:

Season the steak with garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
Grill or pan-sear until medium-rare or preferred doneness.
Slice into thin strips and set aside.
🧀 2. Assemble the Flatbread:

Lay the flatbread on a flat surface.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over half of the bread.
Layer sliced steak over the cheese.
Fold the flatbread in half, pressing down slightly.
🥖 3. Toast to Perfection:

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Toast each side of the flatbread for about 3-4 minutes.
Flip until golden brown and crispy.
🍯 4. Serve & Enjoy:

Cut into halves and serve hot with creamy cheese dipping sauce.
Garnish with chili flakes or fresh parsley for an extra kick!
