Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese

Golden garlic bread packed with melty cheese and tender shrimp—this grilled cheese takes savory indulgence to the next level.

Ingredients (serves 2):
• 8–10 large shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped)
• 4 slices thick-cut bread
• 2 tbsp butter (softened)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix softened butter with garlic and parsley. Spread on one side of each bread slice.
2. In a skillet, sauté shrimp in olive oil with salt and pepper until pink (2–3 min). Set aside.
3. Assemble sandwiches: layer mozzarella, shrimp, Parmesan, and more mozzarella between unbuttered sides of bread.
4. Grill in a skillet over medium heat, garlic butter side out, until bread is golden and cheese is melted (2–3 min per side).
5. Slice and serve hot!
