Ingredients:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup cold soda water
Oil for frying
For the Cheesy Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Fish Batter: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and paprika. Slowly add soda water, whisking until smooth.
2️⃣ Fry the Fish: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Dip fish fillets into batter and fry until golden brown and crispy (about 4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
