Ingredients:
β’ 200g scampi tails
β’ Β½ cup flour
β’ Β½ cup beer or sparkling water
β’ Oil for frying
β’ Tartar sauce
Steps:
1. Mix flour & beer into batter.
2. Dip scampi, fry till golden (3β4 min).
3. Drain, serve with tartar sauce.
