Raisin and Walnut Cake: A Natural Sweetness with a Crunchy Touch! ✨
Ingredients:
* 2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 cup soft butter
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup raisins, soaked in warm water
* 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions:
* Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla.
* Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon mixture with the milk.
* Drain the raisins and add them with the walnuts to the batter.
* Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 35-40 minutes.
