Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin) 🥩
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 🫑
1 onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional) 🍄
12 Hawaiian slider rolls, sliced in half horizontally 🍞
1 1/2 cups provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded 🧀
3 tbsp butter, melted 🧈
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
Instructions:
Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables 🧅🫑

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms (if using). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are soft and lightly caramelized. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Steak 🥩

In the same skillet, add the sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper.
Sear for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through.
Return the vegetables to the skillet, stirring to combine with the steak. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders 🍞🧀

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a baking dish.
Spoon the steak and veggie mixture evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the steak mixture.
Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
Step 4: Add Garlic Butter Topping 🧈🧄

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 5: Bake the Sliders 🍽️

Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy! 🥳

Slice the sliders apart and serve warm.
