Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin) π₯©
Salt and pepper, to taste π§
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced π«
1 onion, thinly sliced π§
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional) π
12 Hawaiian slider rolls, sliced in half horizontally π
1 1/2 cups provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded π§
3 tbsp butter, melted π§
1/2 tsp garlic powder π§
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning πΏ
Instructions:
Step 1: SautΓ© the Vegetables π§

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms (if using). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
SautΓ© for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are soft and lightly caramelized. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Steak π₯©
In the same skillet, add the sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper.
Sear for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through.
Return the vegetables to the skillet, stirring to combine with the steak. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders ππ§
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Place the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a baking dish.
Spoon the steak and veggie mixture evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the steak mixture.
Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
Step 4: Add Garlic Butter Topping π§π§
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 5: Bake the Sliders π½οΈ
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy! π₯³
Slice the sliders apart and serve warm.
