Pepperoni pizza in stuffed crust

*Ingredients:*
– 1 pack (16 ounces) of chilled pizza dough
– 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, divided
– 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
– 1/4 teaspoon of powdered garlic
– 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1/4 cup of marinara sauce
– 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. On a slightly flour surface, unfold the pizza dough and stretch it in a 12-inch circle.
3. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder and oregano.
4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly on the center of the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
5. Fold the edges of the dough on the cheese mixture, pressing to seal.
6. Spread the marinara sauce over the cheese-filled crust.
7. Fill with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
8. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and sparkling.
9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
