Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
– 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
– 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
– 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup (ensure it’s a suitable version)
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

2. Cook the Meat:
– In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
