🍝 Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°

πŸ§‚ Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) box uncooked pasta (penne or rotini work great)

1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

3 cups water

1 (14 oz) bag frozen fully-cooked meatballs

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large greased 9×13″ baking dish, dump in uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, and water. Stir until combined.

Add frozen meatballs evenly across the dish. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove foil, stir gently, and sprinkle mozzarella (and Parmesan if using) over the top.

Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until pasta is tender and cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm!
