Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy

Ingredients:
4 beef or chicken sausages
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp butter
Onion Gravy:
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
2. In another pan, melt butter and sautΓ© onions until caramelized.
3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
5. Serve sausages over mashed potatoes with onion gravy on top.
