WILD SALMON WITH LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE

❗Ingredients:
4 wild salmon fillets
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
❗Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the lemon juice and zest, then stir to combine.
Step 4: Combine the Salmon and Sauce
Return the cooked salmon fillets to the skillet with the lemon garlic butter sauce. Spoon the sauce over the salmon fillets to coat them evenly.
Step 5: Serve
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the salmon fillets. Serve the wild salmon with lemon garlic butter sauce hot and enjoy!
