3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Vegetable Options:

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red onion, cut into chunks
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
1 zucchini, sliced
Instructions😋
1. Prepare the Marinade:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Marinate the Steak & Shrimp:

Place the steak cubes in one bowl and the shrimp in another.
Divide the marinade evenly between the two bowls, tossing to coat the steak and shrimp thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
3. Assemble the Kabobs:

Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
4. Grill the Kabobs:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
For the steak: Cook to your desired doneness.
For the shrimp: Grill until pink and opaque.
5. Serve:

Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
