π Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets (cod or halibut)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Fresh parsley (garnish)
2 cups frozen fries (or fresh-cut fries)
π Instructions:
Prepare Fries:
Preheat oven according to fries package instructions.
Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
Season the Fish:
Pat fish fillets dry. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the fish.
Grill the Fish:
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly crisp on the edges. Avoid overcooking to keep it moist.
Plate & Serve:
Plate grilled fish alongside crispy fries. Add lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
Optional: Serve with tartar sauce or a drizzle of lemon butter for extra flavor.
β¨ Pro Tip: Add a sprinkle of Parmesan to your fries before baking for an irresistible twist. This dish is light, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying! ππ
