Sticky Honey Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings 🍯🧄🔥🍗

Sweet, sticky, smoky, and garlicky—these grilled wings are lacquered in a finger-licking honey garlic glaze with irresistible charred edges.

Ingredients (serves 4):
• 2 lbs chicken wings (split & tips removed)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp oil

For the Honey Garlic Glaze:
• ⅓ cup honey
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill wings 20–25 min, turning often, until crispy and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes in a small saucepan. Simmer 3–5 min. Add cornstarch slurry if thicker glaze is desired.
4. Brush glaze over wings in last 5 min of grilling, turning to caramelize.
5. Remove, glaze once more, and serve hot!
