Glazed Chicken with Fresh Herbs

๐Ÿ— Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
ยฝ tsp ground ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Pour the glaze over the chicken in the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, turning the chicken to coat evenly, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Transfer the chicken to a plate, drizzle with extra glaze from the pan, and garnish with fresh parsley and thyme.
