Would You Eat This Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, split in half

8 large sea scallops

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster: Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.

2. Sear the Scallops: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook the Lobster: In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and place lobster tails flesh-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip.

4. Make Garlic Butter: Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice and parsley.

5. Combine & Serve: Return scallops to the pan, spoon garlic butter over everything, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.

6. Garnish & Enjoy: Serve with lemon wedges and extra parsley.
