Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

4 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
