Festive Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
– 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
– 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary) for garnish
– Crackers (for serving)
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Add the green onions, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Gather the mixture and form it into a ball shape. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for enhanced flavors).
4. Once chilled, remove from the wrap and roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans and fresh herbs to coat the outside.
5. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with extra cranberries and herbs as desired.
6. Serve with an assortment of crackers and enjoy!
