Bowtie Pasta with Creamy Velveeta Beef Sauce

I just made this creamy Velveeta beef sauce with bowtie pasta, and it’s pure comfort food! The creamy cheese sauce combined with the ground beef makes the perfect hearty dish. Plus, it’s so easy to throw together and will have everyone coming back for more.
Ingredients:
2.25 pounds ground beef
1 big block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)
1 cup pasta water, reserved to thin the sauce (optional)
Directions:
Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
While the pasta cooks, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
In the same skillet, add the cream cheese, Velveeta, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes (with the liquid). Stir everything together until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
If the sauce is too thick, add the reserved pasta water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy beef sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve hot, and enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness!
