Lobster Tails in Creamy Bacon Herb Sauce

Ingredients:
2 large lobster tails

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 lemon halves (for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center. Gently pull apart the shell, exposing the meat.

Place the lobster tails in a cast iron skillet, season with salt and pepper.

Make the Creamy Bacon Herb Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the crumbled bacon, chopped thyme, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Lobster Tails:

Pour the creamy sauce generously over the lobster tails.

Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh lemon halves for a burst of brightness.

Serve the lobster tails hot with the creamy, cheesy sauce.

Enjoy the rich, indulgent flavors of this lobster dish with a delightful hint of bacon and herbs!
