Corned Beef, Chips & Beans 🥫🍟🥫

Sliced or pan-fried corned beef served with crispy chips and a big spoonful of baked beans — simple, budget-friendly, and deliciously nostalgic.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
• 1 can corned beef, sliced or cubed
• 2–3 large potatoes (or frozen chips)
• 1 can baked beans
• Oil for frying
• Salt & vinegar for chips
• Optional: fried egg or brown sauce for topping
Instructions:
1. Make the chips
Peel and cut potatoes into thick chips. Parboil for 5 minutes, drain, then roast or fry until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare the corned beef
Serve sliced straight from the tin for classic style, or lightly pan-fry until crisped at the edges.
3. Heat the beans
Gently warm baked beans in a saucepan over low heat.
4. Assemble the plate
Pile on the chips, lay the corned beef on the side, and smother with hot baked beans. Add a splash of brown sauce if you fancy.
