Cod in Parsley Sauce 🐟🌿

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 cod fillets
β€’ 25g butter
β€’ 1 tbsp flour
β€’ 250ml milk
β€’ Chopped parsley

Steps:
1. Poach cod gently.
2. Make roux with butter & flour, add milk.
3. Stir until thick, add parsley.
4. Plate cod, pour sauce on top.
