Cod in Parsley Sauce ππΏ

Ingredients:
β’ 2 cod fillets
β’ 25g butter
β’ 1 tbsp flour
β’ 250ml milk
β’ Chopped parsley
Steps:
1. Poach cod gently.
2. Make roux with butter & flour, add milk.
3. Stir until thick, add parsley.
4. Plate cod, pour sauce on top.
