Caramel Reese’s Oreo Cheesecake – A Decadent Delight!

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
5 tbsp melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sour cream
10 Reese’s cups, chopped
For the Topping:
½ cup caramel sauce
½ cup chocolate ganache
6 Reese’s cups, halved
Crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, peanut butter, and sour cream. Fold in chopped Reese’s.
3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 325°F for 50-55 minutes. Let cool completely before chilling for at least 4 hours.
4️⃣ Top & Serve: Drizzle caramel and chocolate ganache over the cheesecake. Garnish with halved Reese’s and crushed Oreos. Slice and enjoy! 😍🍫
