½ cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

1 cup mozzarella 🧀
½ cup smoked gouda or provolone 🧀
🥓 Wrap:
10–12 slices bacon 🥓

1️⃣ Mix meat
Combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings
Mix gently (don’t overwork)

Flatten meat mixture

Fold and seal tightly into a loaf
3️⃣ Wrap bacon
