Grilled Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce and Asparagus

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts π
1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed π±
1 tbsp olive oil π«
Salt and freshly ground black pepper π§
1/2 cup unsalted butter π§
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice π
1 clove garlic, finely chopped π§
Lemon zest from 1 lemon π
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) πΏ
Instructions:
Grill the chicken:
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp of 165Β°F/75Β°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest.
Grill the asparagus:
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Prepare the lemon butter sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another minute to blend the flavors.
Serve:
Plate the grilled chicken and asparagus. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the top, ensuring the chicken and asparagus are generously coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve right away and enjoy!
