Baked Hake with Pea Purée 🐟🌱

Ingredients:
• 2 hake fillets
• 150g peas
• 1 tbsp butter
• Lemon juice, mint
Instructions:
1. Bake hake at 180°C for 15–20 min.
2. Boil peas, blend with butter & mint.
3. Serve fish on a bed of purée.
