Bacon & Leek Quiche

• Total Time: 55 min

Ingredients:
• Shortcrust pastry
• 150g bacon, chopped
• 1 leek, sliced
• 4 eggs
• 200ml milk + cream mix
• 100g cheddar

Instructions:
1. Line tart tin with pastry, blind bake 10 min.
2. Fry bacon and leeks.
3. Whisk eggs with milk/cream and cheese.
4. Combine all, pour into pastry shell.
5. Bake at 180°C for 30 min until golden.
