Maryland Crab Cakes 🦀🔥

Ingredients:
• 200g crab meat
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
	1.	Mix crab, egg, mayo, Old Bay, and crumbs.
	2.	Form into patties, chill 10 min.
	3.	Fry both sides till golden.
	4.	Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
