10. Battered Scampi with Tartar Sauce 🍤🍋

Ingredients:
• 200g scampi tails
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup beer or sparkling water
• Oil for frying
• Tartar sauce

Steps:
1. Mix flour & beer into batter.

3. Drain, serve with tartar sauce.
