Cod in Parsley Sauce 🐟🌿

Ingredients:
• 2 cod fillets
• 25g butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 250ml milk
• Chopped parsley

Steps:
1. Poach cod gently.
2. Make roux with butter & flour, add milk.
3. Stir until thick, add parsley.
4. Plate cod, pour sauce on top.
