Juicy, smoky grilled lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter—perfectly charred and packed with flavor for an elegant seafood feast!
Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
4 lobster tails (5-6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
For the Garlic Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center.
Gently pull the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
3️⃣ Grill the Lobster:
Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred.
Flip and brush generously with garlic butter.
Grill for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the cooked lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges!
