🍰 Cake Batter
4 large eggs (separated)
½ cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
¼ cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
½ cup sugar (divided)
½ cup cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice

🍰 Batter Base
Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Line a round cake pan with parchment.
Whisk egg yolks, yogurt, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and half the sugar.
Sift in flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Beat egg whites with lemon juice until foamy.
Gradually add remaining sugar and whip to soft peaks.

Gently fold meringue into yolk mixture in batches (don’t deflate).
