📝 Ingredients

1 lb ground pork (or chicken/beef)
1 cup carrots, finely shredded
1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
½ cup onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
🥢 Wrapper & Frying
Lumpia wrappers (spring roll wrappers)
Water + flour paste (for sealing)
Oil for deep frying
🌶️ Dipping Sauce (Optional)
Sweet chili sauce
Or vinegar with garlic and chili

Cook ground pork in a pan until browned.
Add garlic, onion, carrots, and cabbage.
Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.
Cook until veggies are soft and mixture is dry.
Let filling cool completely.
🧻 Roll
Place filling on wrapper and roll tightly.
Seal edge with flour-water paste.
🔥 Fry
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry lumpia in batches until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
