📝 Ingredients
Chicken Tenders
1½ lbs chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Hot Honey Sauce
½ cup honey
1–2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust heat level)
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl.
Coat chicken thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a pan, melt butter and add honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.
Simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss fried tenders in hot honey sauce.
Serve immediately while crispy and sticky.
