📝 Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
½ tsp paprika (plus extra for topping)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped chives or pickles
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes until hard-boiled.
Cool in ice water, then peel.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks in a bowl with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives if desired.
Chill before serving for best flavor.
