300g spaghetti
Salt (for boiling water)
🍗 Chicken:
400g chicken breast (sliced)
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
🍄 Sauce Base:
2 cups mushrooms (sliced) 🍄
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 small onion (chopped) 🧅
2 tbsp butter 🧈
🥛 Cream Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan 🧀
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
🌿 Finish:
Fresh parsley
Extra parmesan
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain
2️⃣ Cook chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
Sauté in olive oil until golden and cooked
Remove and set aside
3️⃣ Cook mushrooms
In same pan, melt butter
Add mushrooms and cook until golden
Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant
4️⃣ Make creamy sauce
Pour in cream and chicken broth
Add parmesan and seasoning
Simmer until slightly thickened
5️⃣ Combine
Add cooked spaghetti and chicken
Toss everything together
Add a splash of pasta water if needed
6️⃣ Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan 🌿🧀
