π° Cobbler Base:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΎ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Β½ cup melted butter
π― Cinnamon Sugar Layer:
Β½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup hot water (important for sauce layer π₯)

Preheat oven to 180Β°C
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
Add milk and vanilla β stir until smooth
Pour melted butter into baking dish
Pour batter over butter (do NOT mix)

Sprinkle brown sugar + cinnamon evenly over batter
Slowly pour hot water on top (do NOT stir!)
