🛒 Ingredients
🥖 Sandwich Base:
2 sub rolls or baguettes
6 slices deli turkey
6 slices salami
4 slices ham
4 slices provolone cheese
🥗 Grinder Salad:
1 cup shredded lettuce
¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
¼ cup banana peppers
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper
🧄 Extras:
1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Tomato slices (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Grinder Salad
In a bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
Add lettuce, onion, banana peppers → toss until coated
2️⃣ Build Sandwich
Slice bread lengthwise
Layer turkey, salami, ham, and provolone cheese
3️⃣ Toast
Spread butter on bread
Toast in oven or pan until cheese melts and bread is crispy
4️⃣ Finish
Add grinder salad on top
Optional: add tomato slices
Close sandwich, slice, and serve
