🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Beef & Veggies:
400g beef steak (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & black pepper
🍝 Pasta:
300g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
Salted water for boiling
🧀 Cheese Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
½ cup cream cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
Drain and set aside
2️⃣ Cook Beef & Veggies
Heat oil in a pan
Cook beef until browned, then remove
In the same pan, sauté onion + bell pepper until soft
Add garlic and cook 1 minute
3️⃣ Make Cheese Sauce
Melt butter → whisk in flour (make a roux)
Slowly add milk, stirring until thick
Add cheese + cream cheese → melt until smooth
Stir in Worcestershire sauce
4️⃣ Combine
Add beef back to pan
Mix in pasta and cheese sauce
Toss until fully coated and creamy
