๐ Ingredients
๐ฅฉ Beef Filling
500g ground beef
1 small onion (finely chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp water
๐ฎ Tacos
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato (diced)
1/2 cup sour cream
Oil for frying
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Heat a pan and cook onion + garlic until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in tomato paste + water, cook until thick and juicy.
Heat tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
Fill each tortilla with beef + cheese, fold tightly.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tacos until golden and crispy (2โ3 min per side).
Drain on paper towel.
Top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
